Grinding wheels are commonly used abrasives in grinding, and the amount of grinding wheels is more than that of other abrasives. Let's share the testing method of fast 9'' grinding wheel turning strength.

1. when the grinding wheel is installed on the rotary tester, the flange shall be tightened. The flange size should be selected according to table 1^28.

2. if the diameter of the examined fast 9'' grinding wheel is larger than the diameter of the main shaft of the test machine, the flange with shaft sleeve is allowed.

3. Multiple grinding wheels with the same outer diameter and aperture are allowed to be installed symmetrically at both ends of the spindle on the same testing machine, but the installation quantity shall not exceed the allowable installation thickness and weight stipulated by the testing machine.

4. once multiple turns, each piece must be separated from the metal washer with the same diameter of the flange. The flange and metal washer must be smooth without deformation.

5. If there are non-standard fast 9'' grinding wheels or not included in the flange size of the grinding wheel, the use of flange size, should be based on the adjacent larger diameter grinding wheel to choose.

6. Inspected grinding wheel should first carry out sound (sound knock) check, sound normal can be installed before turning test, if there is mute or abnormal sound, can not be installed test.

7. When the fast 9'' grinding wheel is turning back, the rising speed can rise directly to the required number of revolutions to maintain no less than 308 time.

8. The radial runout of the spindle should not exceed 0.030101, and the direction of the end thread of the spindle should be opposite to that of the fast 9'' grinding wheel.

9. the strength of the worn wheel should be inspected again.

10. the speed of rotation is 1.6 times that of working speed.
