Installation
The surface of the China color-coated corrugated roofing sheet must not allow metal chips, cuttings, chips and other metal objects such as rivets and fasteners to remain, because the metal residue will cause rust after being eroded. Once discovered, these residues should be removed immediately from the roof or at least after the end of each day of construction. Avoid walking on it to avoid damaging the paint film. In the case of strict requirements, the building shall be inspected within 2 weeks of installation to remove residual substances that may rust. Removing the residue at this point will help the roof look long.
Release film
A portion of the PPGI corrugated roofing sheet for sale is coated with a specially designed transparent organic film. The organic film can protect the corrugated roofing sheet coating from scratches during storage and transportation, but it needs to be removed immediately after the installation. The sunlight will enhance the adhesion of the organic film and the surface of the corrugated roofing plate. Therefore, it is necessary to cover the surface of the color plate to avoid direct sunlight.
