The high quality Galvalume Corrugated Roofing Sheet is composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc and 2% silicon solidified at 600 ~C. Its whole structure consists of Al-Fe-Si-Zn, forming a compact quaternary crystal alloy.
High quality Galvalume Corrugated Roofing Sheet has many excellent characteristics:
1. Strong corrosion resistance, which is 3 times that of pure galvanized sheet;
2. The surface has beautiful zinc flower, which can be used as building roof. Corrosion resistance of "aluminized and galvanized steel coil" is mainly due to the protection function of aluminium and aluminium.
When zinc is abraded, a dense layer of alumina is formed. The uniqueness of the alumina-galvanized sheet prevents further corrosion of the corrosive substance and internal heat resistance.
